Payment

To better serve our customers, we accept a variety of payment methods to best suit your needs. We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, and Swift transfer to our bank account.

Shipping

We offer a Standard low-cost EMS shipping on all orders being shipped to anywhere in the World which takes 10 - 30 days depending upon destination. Along with DHL Express shipping for all international orders usually take 5-7 business days to arrive. International Shipping Note:

  • Please make note that we ship to all over the world except Israel.
  • We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may or may not be charged by your country.
  • We currently have two options for international shipping, an economical one is EMS & a speedy one we offer is DHL Express. Please be aware that delays may occur especially due to customs. If you need to have your order by a certain date, please contact us to accommodate faster shopping method.

Sales Tax

We do not charge any Sales tax from our buyers & it may or may not be charged by the importing country. Buyers from anywhere in the world won’t be charged any sales tax by us.

Exchange / Return Policy

Items may be returned for an exchange, refund or credit if returned within 15 days of receipt, with original packaging in undamaged and sellable condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, but we will cover the expenses in sending the replacement through EMS We will not take ownership for items lost during returning. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Note: Special condition applies for specific Scissor models. Please contact us for further details.

Cancellation policy

Orders once placed can be cancelled at anytime prior to shipping usually within 24 hours. After an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
